    Re: GT5 Info

I finally played the GT5 in-store demo at a local EB Games today.
I tried Toscana to see the transition to dark, it certainly is dark from about halfway to sunset and thereon if the TV background is glared out and poorly adjusted to boot.
I tried the Nurburgring to see the changes from GT4, it certainly is changed from GT4. Significantly.
It may be more difficult than the TTdemo thing a year ago, but I'm not sure for three reasons. Indy Road (TTdemo track) isn't available, I hadn't driven GT with a controller since I got a wheel and the (default?) button mapping was lame for me.

Needs moar PSN Store DL availablility.

Quietly sneaking your wheel and table into the store isn't an option?

There aren't any plugs handy even if I could get to the USB port on the demo PS3. :sCo_chinscratch:

Also I pick up my real rig later this week. :sBo_crazyjump:

Take your own extension cord and a cordless drill with a 1" holesaw. That will get power to your rig and access to the USB ports. :sHa_thumb2:

Just need an extra extension cord and cordless drill and hole saw then.

GT5 Intro Song has been revealed. Well, the band and the name of the song has been revealed, that is. From reading the article it seems that the song has yet to be heard outside of the studio it was recorded in. And they say we live in the information age... How is it that this song isn't *somewhere* on the webs? Here's the article link:

We used to use Home for pre-race drivers meetings. We all treat GT5P like a sim, Home ... not so much.

Hey Peacekiller. My son, Jaedon, is from Oshawa and he called me to tell me he was looking at it at EB Games. It isn't here in London or St. Thomas either, so give him a shout. He'll tell you where it is. Or, if I find out, I'll forward the info.
