Disabling HTML in Signatures

This is a notice to everyone who has HTML in their signatures that I am going to be disabling the ability to use HTML in signatures in a week or so. It is causing a lot of problems, and you should be able to use BBCODE in stead of HTML to accomplish the same thing.

    HTML:
    <a href="www.google.com">link to google</a>

    =
    [NOPARSE]
    link to google
    [/NOPARSE]

    HTML:
    <img src="www.google.com/some_image.jpg">

    =
    [NOPARSE]
    [/NOPARSE]

    HTML:
    <center>centered text</center>

    =
    [NOPARSE]
    centered text
    [/NOPARSE]

If there is something else you want to know how to do, just ask.

    Photo bucket supports a BBcode?

Any image will work fine with the IMG tags. If photobucket doesn't output a BBCODE (I would be surprised if they don't), then just take the direct link to the image and wrap it with IMG tags.

If you apply the second example in the OP to your sig, you should be fine.

Photobucket will give you the bbcode sig link ready to go, it's the fourth one (at least on mine) "IMG code"

    Friendly reminder of this.

Cliff notes: if your signature has angle brackets in it ('<' or '>'), you need to change it.

The switch has been flipped. If your signature is horribly broken, refer to the OP of this thread, and if you still can't figure it out, send me a PM and I'll help.
